The Managing Board of HeidelbergCement AG has decided to buy back the three bonds emitted in April 1999, January 2008 and October 2007 with a total nominal amount of EUR 1.78 billion up to a nominal amount of in total EUR 200 million at current market prices and not above. For the buy-back HeidelbergCement will use free liquidity.
This ad hoc notification is no public offer or tender for the purchase of the bonds.
